**Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on the latest product knowledge and brand information.
- Train and support new team members in effective sales techniques and visual merchandising standards.
- Strive to meet or exceed monthly store sales goals.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly and accurately to customers.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock deliveries.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
- Ensure shelves and displays are consistently replenished to maintain full stock levels.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all visual merchandising standards are met.
- Recognize and respond to customer preferences and needs to enhance their shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior retail role.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with and engage customers.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Open to working at **Naelofar Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
