Interview Session: Virtual Interview

Location: on site at UOA Bangsar South office

Responsible on day to day to solve operational and commercial escalation

Responsible for engaging and supporting Sellers in growing their sales on the platform and tackling operational issues when they occur.

Transfer and upload accurate products, content, and images to the Seller account provided directly by sellers and/or internals.

Follow up and resolves seller complaints and issues are completed within SLA and notifications are communicated to relevant partners.

Collaborates closely with Onboarding, Incubation, Tech team, DPSC, and Logistics for seamless operations.

Contributes to the team's efforts and achieves KPIs

Undertake & execute ad-hoc duties based on business requirements. Job Requirements

Good problem-solving skills

Organized and reliable in execution

Computer savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (VLOOKUP, pivot table)

**Basic photo editing and photoshop skills.**

Organizational skills, quick typing skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness.

Good track record. Working experience in the related field is an advantage for this position.

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

**SPM(O)’Level/Diploma/Advanced/Higher or equivalent.**

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
