**Responsibilities**
- Review and understand business requirements, specifications, and technical documents.
- Design and execute manual test cases for web and back-office systems.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and exploratory testing.
- Verify the accuracy of key logistics features such as real-time tracking, order statuses, and notifications.
- Test payment methods, rate calculations, and promotional features.
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira or Trello.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Simulate real-life courier scenarios to ensure smooth user experience for customers and drivers.
- Validate bug fixes and conducts re-tests before releases.
- Maintain clear documentation of test processes, results, and known issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Academic Qualification***
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered

**Primary Skills***
- Manual testing for web and back-office systems
- Functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and exploratory testing
- Test case design and execution
- Defect identification, logging, and tracking (e.g., Jira, Trello)

**Secondary Skills**
- Testing payment methods, rate calculations, and promotional features
- Logistics feature verification (real-time tracking, order statuses, notifications)
- Simulation of real-world courier scenarios

**Additional Skills***
- Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Clear documentation of test processes, results, and known issues
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
