We are seeking a **strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead the financial direction of **Uji Teguh Group**. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning, reporting, and risk management activities across the group’s operations. This role requires someone with strong leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to drive growth while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and execute the group’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Provide financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario analysis to support decision-making.

**Financial Management & Control**:

- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, tax, and audit.
- Ensure proper internal controls, financial policies, and procedures are in place and adhered to.
- Monitor financial KPIs, variances, and initiate corrective actions when needed.

**Reporting & Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (SSM, LHDN, audit, tax, etc.).

**Funding & Investment**:

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
- Lead efforts in fundraising, investment planning, and financial risk assessments.

**Leadership & Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor the finance team across subsidiaries or departments.
- Work closely with other departments to align financial goals with operational needs.

**Board & Executive Support**:

- Act as a key advisor to the Board of Directors and Managing Director on financial performance, risk exposure, and business opportunities.

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification such as **ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent** is **required**.
- Member of MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) is **an added advantage**.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **6-10 years** of relevant experience, with **at least 3-5 years in a senior finance leadership role**.
- Experience in **construction, property development, engineering, or project-based industries** is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience managing group-level finances, multiple entities or subsidiaries.

**Skills & Traits**:

- Strong strategic thinking and financial planning skills.
- In-depth knowledge of **financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements in Malaysia**.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
- Advanced proficiency in **financial software** (SQL, SAP, or similar) and Excel.

**Other Requirements**:

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel and work beyond standard hours when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
