Client Relationship Executive

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Manage client expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., technology, finance, healthcare, etc.].
Understanding of digital sales tools and platform
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
