**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Assist in the management and implementation of administrative and facilities functions.
- File all claim documents systematically, ensuring that all supporting documents and outgoing correspondences are properly organized.
- Record and keep track of all data information and document submissions online.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other sections within the department to support smooth operations and achieve departmental objectives.
- Provide assistance with other relevant ad-hoc tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or in possession of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Admin, Business Administration, Management, or Finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Fluency in both English and Malay, both written and spoken.

**Job Type**: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
