Cafe Supervisor

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead café staff to ensure smooth operations and high customer service standards.
- Train new and existing staff on café procedures, health & safety, and customer service expectations.
- Develop work schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Oversee café operations, including stock management, food & beverage quality, and cleanliness.
- Control and reconcile petty cash, ensuring accurate documentation and appropriate use of funds.
- Process e-invoices, verify details, and liaise with the finance department for discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and support marketing initiatives and promotions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Café Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and basic accounting/e-invoice systems.
- Comfortable handling financial duties such as petty cash management and processing e-invoices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,300.00 per month
