*Key Responsibilities*:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct market research to find cost-effective purchasing solutions.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
- Implement inventory management systems and procedures.
- Analyze purchasing data and prepare comprehensive procurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and meet procurement requirements.
- Manage vendor performance and conduct regular supplier evaluations.

*Qualifications*:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-5years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret financial documents and purchase orders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) is required.**

Pay: RM2,526.50 - RM6,294.27 per month
