Good in communication with potential client
- Interior design background (preferably)
- Meeting with customer, site visits to collect information
- To coordinate quotation and visual based on client requirement
- Meeting client to propose/advice 3D design and obtain their acceptance.
- Being involved or assist in Site Measurement, Layout Plan & Selection of Material used.
- Work closely with sales team, project team and constructors- To complete project given within the deadline.
- Able to specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc (preferably)
- Ensuring design and renovation targets for clients are met.
- Follow up on work progress to ensure the proposed design and/or project is completed on time.
- Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self
- starter
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- BS degree in Interior Design or similar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - above per month
