We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Store and Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our store operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Drive a forklift and stack goods
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handling deliveries and unpacking the new stock.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves.
- Process transactions accurately with stock cards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Good computer skills, proficient in excel and word.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Good observation and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers and google sheets.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
