Key Responsibilities
- **Recruitment and Staffing**:
- Assist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
- Help implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a confidential and professional manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building events, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management when needed.
- **Performance Management**:
- Support performance appraisal processes by coordinating reviews, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Identify areas for employee improvement and suggest training or development programs.
- Help managers set goals and objectives for their teams and track performance metrics.
- **Training and Development**:
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to improve skills and competencies.
- Assist in designing and implementing programs for onboarding, leadership development, and skill enhancement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather employee feedback.
- **Compensation and Benefits Administration**:
- Assist in salary reviews, payroll management, and benefits administration.
- Communicate information about benefits programs to employees and help resolve related issues.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in line with the company’s policies and market trends.
- **Compliance and Policy Implementation**:
- Ensure that the company complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Help update HR policies and procedures as needed to stay compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support audits and maintain employee records in line with legal requirements.
- **HR Data and Reporting**:
- Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, attendance, etc.) and prepare reports for management.
- Use data to help inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks like managing employee records, handling correspondence, and processing paperwork.
- Assist in budget management for the HR department, including tracking expenses for recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,600.00 per month
