Smart Home Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- To independently handle and support Smart Home Systems for projects and customers.
- To carry out cabling, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support of the Smart Home System
- To travel to support the projects and customers in other states when required
- To manage and document ongoing and future projects
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Good working attitude with a positive mindset

**Requirements**:

- Strong hands-on skills with a proven track record of termination, installation, repair, and maintenance of smart home devices (Gateway, IP Cam, Wi-Fi router, smart door lock, etc)
- To understand wireless networks especially Wi-Fi router settings and IT skills.
- To work with minimum supervision under deadlines
- Responsible and discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in related industries.
- Experience in Wi-Fi routers, IP Cams, and other wireless device settings

**Additional**:

- To have Class C or GDL license
- Place: Menara 1MK (opposite Plaza Mont Kiara and 163 Retail Park)
- Working: 6 days weekly
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications & experiences.
