Position Responsibilities

1. Reporting
- Prepare daily/monthly report for Motor BU MY and SG
- Prepare report for towing and workshop provider’s performance
- Other report that require by Manager and Head of Department

2. Data Analysis
- Analyse monthly data
- Cost monitoring
- Monthly financial monitoring

2. Provider Management
- Managing provider
- New recruitment of provider
- Towing rate/charges checking
- Provider billing issue
- Complaint handling

3. Admin
- Update on provider’s details and system handling
- Filling
- Others admin work related to Motor BU and Provider Network

**Your Profile**
Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic skills on Microsoft Words and Advance skills in Excel.

Pivot Tables/Reporting
Cell Formatting
Charts & its Analysis
Data Sorting
VLOOKUP
Other Excel Related
- Speaks fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin speaker is preferable.

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder.
- Experience in administrative field is preferable.
