Responsible and accountable for the following tasks:

- Receive RFT from MCR and process to print consignment note.
- Plan to pick up MT containers according to the required dates.
- Once MT container arrive to warehouse, coordinator have to write the incoming container details in the white board for loading planning.
- Update the incoming container detail at Biforst white board together to monitor incoming and outgoing container.
- Plan with shunting driver to move in MT container to Bay according to OBD release information from warehouse team.
- Once stuffing done, gate pass will be provided by warehouse team.
- Check booking, VGM submission and port opening.
- Ensure laden containers are sent in to port before closing.
- Attend Daily Operational Review (DOR) every morning at 9.15am and present the previous day’s operation matter.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
