**Job Scope**
- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
- Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
- Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to increase market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Operation Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/ General in Fashion Industry / Footwear / Chain Store Retailer and Franchising

**Job Details**
- **Salary: Up to RM5,000 (negotiable based on experience)**:

- Travelling allowance: up to RM1,200 (depending on locations)
- Incentive: entitled based on campaign
- Benefits: medical, dental, optical, birthday leave, staff vouchers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

- Have you led marketing execution or campaigns at the retail or outlet level?
- Do you have experience in reporting to senior management and making strategic or operational recommendations?
- Are you open to being based in or travelling across Kedah?
