The Personal Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for the employer, family members, and any other assigned passengers. The driver will ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and ready for use at all times. Additionally, they will assist with running errands and performing other related duties as required.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive the employer and family members to various locations.
- Ensure timely arrival at destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Plan the most efficient routes based on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent working condition by performing regular checks (oil changes, tire pressure, brakes, etc.).
- Clean and wash the vehicle regularly, both inside and outside.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by adhering to safe driving practices.
- Follow all legal and safety protocols while driving.
- Keep the vehicle's security systems (alarms, GPS) functional and take proper care of car keys and personal documents.
- Assist with errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, banking, and other tasks as requested by the employer.
- Occasionally may be asked to carry out administrative duties such as document deliveries.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding employer's personal matters.
- Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with passengers and others, ensuring a courteous and respectful demeanor at all times.

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR PERSONAL DRIVER**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal driver or in a similar role.
- A clean driving record with no accidents or traffic violations.
- Valid Driving License
- A clean background check (criminal and driving).
- Any specialized certifications (such as defensive driving or other training) are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to recognize mechanical issues.
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including luxury cars, SUVs, or larger vehicles if needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with passengers in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to manage schedules efficiently and arrive on time for all appointments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, or on short notice as per the employer’s needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Driver: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
