We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (Part-Time / Project-Based)

**Location**: Hybrid — 1 day/week in-office (Jalan Ampang, MRT/LRT accessible)

About the Role

Are you passionate about creating paid social campaigns that _actually convert_? We're looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** who thrives on performance marketing—especially on **Xiaohongshu, Meta (Facebook/Instagram)**, and **Google Ads**.

This is a creative-meets-analytical role for someone who’s hands-on, trend-savvy, and results-driven. You’ll be part of a fast-growing lifestyle platform connecting people to health, wellness, travel, and curated experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:

- Xiaohongshu (小红书)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Design campaign strategy, targeting, creatives, and copy
- Run A/B tests and track key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPA)
- Analyze data, draw insights, and adjust campaigns for better results
- Collaborate with the team or use tools like Canva for ad visuals
- Stay updated with platform algorithms and audience behaviors

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience running ads on Meta, Google, and ideally Xiaohongshu
- Skilled in audience targeting, campaign testing, and analytics
- Strong understanding of tracking, UTM links, and pixel setup
- Digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.) are a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once
- Available to work **1 day a week in-office** (Jalan Ampang)
- Comfortable writing or localizing Mandarin captions is a huge bonus

Portfolio & Case Studies - Mandatory Submission

To better understand your style and effectiveness, please include:

- **Campaign case studies**: Objectives, targeting, strategy, and results
- **Performance metrics**: ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.
- **Ad creatives**: Images, captions, video links, etc.
- **Dashboard screenshots**: Meta/TikTok/XHS ad dashboards
- **Use of AI tools**: e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Magic Write, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
