1- Rekrutmen & Rekod Pekerja
- Mengurus proses pengambilan pekerja termasuk temuduga dan penyediaan dokumen berkaitan.
- Menyelaras rekod pekerja seperti kehadiran, cuti tahunan, dan prestasi kerja.
2- Penggajian & Faedah Pekerja
- Menyemak dan mengurus tuntutan pekerja seperti elaun perjalanan dan tuntutan perubatan.
3- Latihan & Pematuhan Dasar
- Menyelaras program latihan pekerja dan memastikan rekod latihan dikemas kini.
- Memastikan semua dasar syarikat dan undang-undang buruh dipatuhi.
- Menangani isu disiplin pekerja dan memastikan kebajikan pekerja terjaga.
**Finance**
1- Penyediaan Pembayaran
- Menyediakan memo pembayaran
- Menyemak dokumen sokongan seperti invois dan resit sebelum pembayaran dibuat.
- Mendapatkan kelulusan daripada pihak atasan bagi setiap transaksi kewangan.
- Menyediakan dokumen kewangan berkaitan HR untuk audit dalaman dan luaran.
- Memastikan rekod pembayaran pekerja dikemas kini dengan tepat dan selaras dengan polisi kewangan syarikat.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
