Supervise and lead team members in daily operations.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to improve team performance.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new and existing staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance, addressing issues proactively.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
- Act as the first point of contact for conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Communicate goals, updates, and expectations clearly to the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve smooth workflow and company objectives

**Requirements**:

- Have 2 years or more experience as leader in manufacturing.
- Have diploma or certs in Electrics and Electronics or any equivalent.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of company processes, safety, and quality standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts/overtime if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
