Give advice on things that can assist patient other than physiotherapy treatment to provide a more comprehensive treatment.
- Record patient data accurately and complete on time.
- Responsible to assist to fill in center documentation and monthly data that need to submit to management monthly.
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the physio center.
- Assist in managing and supervising the physiotherapists.
- Identify problems and discuss with P.I.C to solve the issue.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Identify and bring up sub-ordinates’ potential.
- Addressing conflicts or issues among staff members and finding solutions to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Handling challenging patient situations and resolving conflicts when necessary.
- Responsible to provide evidence base treatment to the patients.
- Ensure patients are in safety while receiving physiotherapy treatment.
- Give advice on things that can assist patient other than physiotherapy treatment to provide a more comprehensive treatment.
- Conducting patient assessments to identify physical problems and develop treatment plans.
- Administering a variety of therapeutic exercises and techniques to address patients' conditions.
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Providing education and advice to patients and their families on injury prevention and self-care.
- Keeping detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Abide by Company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, local/international regulations and legislations, quality management system, and any other certifications.
- Responsible to improve our profession awareness at locally or social media.
- Responsible to strive for new knowledge to ensure all treatment are updated.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Fresh graduate or with experience
- Able to perform basic SOAPIER (Physio assessment and treatment)
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good hands-on skill
- Ability to communicate with good enthusiasm
- Constructive approach to team working
- Receptive and responsive to change
- Ability to exercise independent judgement.
