- Screen resumes
- Conduct reference check
- Arrange interviews
- Onboarding of new staff and off-boarding resigned staff
- Assist with Payroll
- Employee attendance & leave management.
- Statutory filing (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, TP3 Form)
- Verify staff benefits utilization (OT, allowances, staff meal, medical, dental and optical)
- Administrative tasks
- Draft HR circulars: PH announcements, Memo/Policy, Invitation for company events etc.
- Draft HR Letters: Offer, Confirmation, Promotional etc.
- Employee Relation
- Plan & organize company events: Annual trip, company dinner, luncheons etc
- Utilise budget to improve staff experience: Office amenities, staff lunch
- Promote a conductive and harmonious working environment
- Assist in performance management & employee evaluation/improvement
- Investigate disciplinary issue: Draft warning letter if required
- Resolve employees conflict and improve overall teamwork
Pay: RM1,765.07 - RM4,096.61 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
