**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum qualification Degree in equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial (B2B) marketing experience.
- Good command & written in English (primary language) and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent skills in taking corporate pictures & video.
- Good knowledge in graphic design, typically editing corporate social media and webpage.
- Excellent copywriting and regular posting of company news, activities, products & services in company social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.
- Must possess own transport and able to travel outstation
- Age group: 30 - 50 years old.
- Malaysian citizen.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Perform effective daily telemarketing activities.
- Assist Sales & Marketing team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales & marketing strategy accordingly such as product catalogues, website, banners, etc.
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a friendly manner.
- Actively attend exhibitions and assist in exhibition material preparation at the exhibition booth.
- Liaise between other departments to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs.
- Submit weekly reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
- Update daily customer data entry.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define their requirements, scope of supply required.
- Conduct customer surveys.
- Arrange booking of conference room, meeting room, preparation of food & beverage and welcoming of visitors as and when required.
- Actively participate in all business networking sessions.
- Assist in ISO documentation and internal audit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
