A Guest Associate will capture the best images of our customers, operate a cash register and capture guest’s interest in buying the company’s products. A guest associate should be dependable, flexible and switch from one role to another. A guest associate’s role can range from a roving photographer, green screen photographer, green screen editor, VOS / cash register personnel, flaggers and spec board sellers. They can be assigned indoor, outdoor or in the water. Guest Associate will directly report to the Team Leader and Site Manager.

GUEST ASSOCIATE IS EXPECTED TO:
1.) Initiate guest interaction and offer the company’s service.

2.) Know and understand camera settings and exposures in order to capture the guest experiences.

3.) Know and understand the EPX and IMIX system.

4.) Compute and record totals of transactions.

5.) Process payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits, if applicable.

6.) Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.

7.) Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.

8.) Communicate with guests putting them at ease, encouraging them and directing them.

9.) Manages the processing of images, discussing technical problems, checking for quality and dealing with client’s concerns.

10.) Compiles finished products for sale, including albums and framed prints.

11.) Achieve overall sales targets given and individual KPI targets.

12.) Ensure the site is ready to start daily operations, stocked and cleaned to a high standard.

13.) Responsible for handling equipment on site.

14.) Adheres to Company image and grooming standards at all times whilst on duty. 15.) Performs any other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time.

REQUIREMENT CRITERIA:
1.) High School Graduate.

2.) A self-motivated fast learner.

3.) Flexible and adaptable.

4.) Has a pleasing personality, and a positive outlook.

5.) Previous experience in a customer facing role.

6.) An extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers.

7.) Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,650.00 per month
