Front Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and process room reservations through various channels, including online platforms, phone calls, and in-person inquiries. occupancy and revenue.
- Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process.
- Verify guest information and collect necessary payments.
- Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services seamlessly.
- Prepare and process guest invoices and bills accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest interactions, and financial transactions.
- Compile reports on occupancy, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.
- Previous experience in a front office, reservations, or guest services role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
