Restaurant managers are in charge of managing food and beverage operations in the kitchen and other food and beverage outlets or units in a hospitality establishment. JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards 2. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service 3. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements 4. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns 5. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel 6. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures 7. Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork 8. Comply with all health and safety regulations 9. Report on management regarding sales results and productivity Job Requirement 1. Experienced in all aspects of F&B service styles 2. 5 years Banquet/Outlets manager experience
