HR Executive

**Onboarding**:
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
**Employee Relations**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct exit interviews and offboarding.
- Organize HR activities, programs and initiatives.
**Performance Management**:
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
**HR Compliance and Administration**:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal files, and leave management.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage company belongings assigned to employees, such as uniform, name tag, medical card, etc.
- Coordinate with panel clinics in administering medical claims and invoices in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare, update and maintain HR department's summary and periodic reports.
- Ensure staff database and staff correspondence are properly updated and filing.
**Payroll and Benefits Administration**:
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other benefits.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies (i.e. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDF) regarding monthly statutory submission.
**Office and Hostel Administration**:
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
- Implement and enhance office policies and procedures for optimal efficiency.
- Responsible for workers' hostel / accommodation management & administration which includes but not limited to tenancy administration, house rules enforcement, maintenance, utilities bill administration, regular inspections, hygiene & cleanliness.
- Responsible for office Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) matters and being focal person for all emergency response and preparedness procedures.
- Perform any other relevant duties of the company as and when required.
**Work Location: Dr.Pajak, Taman Daya, Johor Bahru**
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
