1) Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to attract businesses seeking professional video production services.

2) Showcase the company’s portfolio, emphasizing creativity, quality, and client satisfaction.

3) Negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.

4) Monitor project progress, acting as a liaison between clients and the production team.

5) Evaluate customer feedback and success metrics to identify areas for improvement.

6) Identify potential clients in various sectors seeking event production services.

7) Create and present customized event solutions, demonstrating the company's expertise in handling diverse event types.

8) Foster relationships with venues, suppliers, and other industry players.

9) Oversee client satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process.

10) Collaborate with the event production team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

11) Develop marketing campaigns to promote the company's digital social marketing services.

12) Engage potential clients through effective storytelling, showcasing successful case studies and client testimonials.

13) Design customized digital marketing packages that align with each client's unique goals and target audience.

14) Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

15) Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

16) Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.

17) Develop and manage budgets for each business segment (video production, event production, digital social marketing).

18) Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.

19) Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals and branding. e. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
