**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Data entry for Receivable invoices. - Received Sales Order list from relevant department before issue an invoice. - Received signed copy of Delivery Order ("DO") and copy of Customer Local Order ("LO") for invoice issuance. - Create invoice via ERP System. - Check the price data in the Sales Order ("SO") and ensure the price is correct and ties with LO or agreement. - Post invoice in the ERP system after checked and tally the data received. - Key in Invoice No. and Bank Account No in the E-Perolehan system. - To issue Debit Note / Credit Note if required. - To prepare an Official Receipt ("OR"). - Print Statement of Accounts ("SOA") on monthly basis or when required and sent to Customers and Credit Controller. - Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned by management. **JOB REQUIREMENTS**: - Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent field with at least 1 years of working experience in similar capacity. - Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply. - Familiarity with ERP system, Microsoft Navision and E-Perolehan is an advantage. - Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Possess high level of integrity and commitment to complete tasks with sense of urgency. - Independent, proactive and self-motivated to achieve personal and company goals. - Team player and possess effective time management skills to meet deadlines. **JOB STATUS : CONTRACT** **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 36 months Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Free parking - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay Application Question(s): - How much is your expected salary? - Do you familiar in using ERP system? **Education**: - STM/STPM (required) **Experience**: - Accounts Receivable: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) - Bahasa (preferred)
