Direct and supervise workers, sub-contractors and daily work activities at project site.
- Carry out regular inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, procedures, processes and requirements.
- Responsible as main contact person to liaise, resolve issues, perform hands-on coordination works between designer, contractors, consultants and clients (as necessary).
- Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
- Prepare and submit reports for review.
- Ability to read technical drawing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and under changing environments.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, plan and achieve project tasks.
- Immediate availability.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in ID, renovation or construction industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Experience in carpentry industry will be an added advantage.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Must possess own vehicle and is computer literate.
- Training will be provided

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
