**Overview**:
Our client is one of the largest food manufacturer in Australia with diversity of food produce. A key focus of the role is to support accounts payable tasks in a cost effective, timely and competent manner in accordance with our client’s financial control framework, SOPs, policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Maintain existing Power BI Reports**
- Accuracy of existing reports eg matching source systems.
- Simplicity and ease of design that accommodate future requirements

**Design and build new Power BI reports based on the Business requirements**:

- Accuracy and ease of navigation of new reports
- Meeting time commitments
- Driving changes in source data to limit manual adjustments
- Time taken to deliver effective and engaging visualisations
- Ability to quickly understand the business requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with Finance Team

**Provide Power BI Desktop guidance and training where necessary to the business**
- Willingness to improve other models and assist Finance Team when needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Min 3 - 5 years of working experience in the relevant field using Power BI
- Proven experience in building complex models in excel
- Experience with any data visualization tools eg Power BI
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to mix and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Able to analyse data and present information in Dashboards that is readily understood and provides insights
- Effective communication and relationship skills are required to interact with the business to understand requirements and to deliver models in line with their expectations.
