**Human Resource (HR)**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
- Handle payroll administration, leave management, and attendance monitoring.
- Support training & development activities, employee engagement, and performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and company policies.
- Provide HR support to management and employees on HR-related matters.

**Administration (Admin)**:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle correspondence, document filing, and general administrative support.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies when necessary.
- Support management in enforcing company policies and procedures.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
