**职位概述：**
副厂长负责监督工厂的日常运营，确保生产流程高效、有效并符合质量标准。理想的候选人应具备生产计划、质量控制和流程管理的经验。

**主要职责：**
- 监督工厂的运营和生产流程
- 计划和安排每日生产活动，监控产量和质量
- 通过持续改进的实践来控制生产成本和提升质量
- 处理HACCP、GMP审核和客户审核
- 确保生产车间和设施遵循标准操作程序（SOPs）
- 评估员工表现，为领导提供指导以提高生产力
- 提供每周和每月的运营报告，供高层管理层审查
- 解决生产中的问题，包括设备故障和员工对SOP的疑惑
- 参与每周和每日生产计划，实施流程以实现最高效率
- 处理管理层不时分配的临时任务

**任职要求：**
- 食品科学、食品技术、营养学或膳食学的文凭/高级/高等/毕业文凭
- 精通马来语、英语和中文
- 1年或以上相关工作经验，最好有制造业/生产运营的经验
- 欢迎应届毕业生申请
- 具备良好的领导、组织和人际交往能力
- 熟悉Microsoft Excel和具备良好的电脑技能
- 有效的时间管理能力和成本管理技能
- 有管理外籍员工的能力和良好的沟通能力
- 工作时间：上午8:00至下午5:00（周一至周六），有时需要加班至晚上7:00

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the factory operations and production processes
- Plan and schedule daily production activities, monitor output and quality
- Control production costs and improve quality through continuous improvement practices
- Handle HACCP, GMP audits, and customer audits
- Ensure that production floor and facilities follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Evaluate employee performance and provide guidance to leaders to improve productivity
- Provide weekly and monthly operations reports for top management review Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and worker confusion about SOPs
- Involve in weekly and daily production planning, implement processes for maximum efficiency Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or Dietetics
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
- 1 year or more of related work experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Production Operations
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and demonstrate cost management skills
- Ability to manage foreign workers and have good communication skills
- Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Saturday), until 7pm if OT

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
