- IC Number
- Preferred Coverage Area
- Assist them in uploading and submitting required documents via the app.
- Ensure all submitted data is complete and accurate.
- Record call outcomes and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Requirement
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (English is a plus).
- Patient and able to guide users clearly over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Basic computer and smartphone literacy.
- Experience in customer service, call center, or telemarketing is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
