Automotive Sales Advisor

Attend to walk-in customers and actively engage with them to understand their requirements and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.
- Assist customers in making vehicle purchasing decisions by offering comparisons, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories etc.
- Provide thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Participate in sales meetings and trainings, and continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Sound knowledge on specific car make and models, automotive components, etc.
- Detailed-oriented and great time management.
Have a valid driver’s license - minimum Class B2 & Class D.
