**About the Role**

Through the delivery of in-depth technical support and selective complex systems project management support, while establishing prompt and clear communications when managing requests from the various stakeholders, the individual has the mandate to improve sales win-rate and to resolve any challenges to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention. While developing and promoting product support tools, and conducting training and assessments across sales, service and partners with the objective to create skilled and sustainable technical resources in the region. With close collaboration with internal and external customers, ensure that the voice of customer is always verified, conveyed and followed up through escalation to SBU Product Management and Engineering

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide superior product support, customer service, training and communications in support of the Vehicle Weighing solutions portfolio, including:

- Prompt and high quality of customer service and communications, provide timely status on mid-to-long-term projects, and actively alert or escalate larger business opportunities or high-risk situations.
- Support key activities of the AP Market Manager and Head of Business Development Manager in executing strategic business objectives.
- Manage VEH SBU support sites and resources, updating and maintaining key information.
- Actively collaborate with VEH SBU in product management related activities for AP market especially in conveying key voice of customers.
- Collaborate with the VEH SBU to create new product marketing & training materials for Data Bridge Vehicle Weighing software and Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) solutions for the AP Market.
- To be a technical expert in the region for WIM solutions.
- Working closely with the AP Market Managers for VEH and EPC, provide 2nd level EPC project support & documentation for IND division in the AP region where necessary and/or where time allows.

What You Need to Succeed

- Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Electrical/
- Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Knowledge on Automation and Control Instrumentation
- System (sensors, transmitters, weighing)
- Knowledge on PLC Data communication protocol (fieldbus,
- TCP/IP, Analog & Digital output signals)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a Technical Support
- or serving customers in the Manufacturing Industry
- Project and Time Management Skills
- Willing to travel (Asia and Internationally)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Valid driving license

**Preferred**:

- Firsthand understanding and experience of technical equipment, process and automation control systems.
- Skills as a trainer or has worked in a trainer role
