Administration Executive

Job Description:
1. Responsible to manage Company vehicles inclusive of utilization plan, movement, maintenance, insurance, petrol usage, fleet card, road tax, etc.
2. Manage office utilities related to water bill, electricity, mobile phone bills to be closely monitored and forward to Finance Department for payment.
3. To prepare monthly report of office expenses and usage and make a proper recommendation on how to maintain the cost control.
4. Manage office equipment, office furniture and office facilities e.asset registration, aging, disposal, transfer, maintenance / servicing, routine inspection, etc.
5. Ensure proper handling for security and maintenance of company premise.
6. Liaise with various Government departments for licenses and permits.
7. Responsible for tenancy matters and legal instruction from the Company from time to time.
8. Assign tasks and ensure their completion to scope, quality and schedule.
9. Assist immediate superior in performing full spectrum of Administration functions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
