**Skop Kerja**
- Pelanggan Baru_

1. Bertanggung jawab dalam mencari pelanggan baru (Unifi Mobile Biz, Digital Solution Biz, Business Broadband Unifi), Voice dan VAS (Value Added Services) mengikut sasaran yang diberikan untuk pelanggan S10-S30.

2. Terlibat dalam program jualan dan aktiviti dalam meningkatkan bahagian jualan bagi negeri yang ditetapkan untuk mencapai sasaran jualan melalui analisa terhadap keperluan dan permintaan pasaran. Program jualan yang terlibat adalah seperti Event, Kedai ke Kedai bagi mendapatkan pelanggan.

3. Bertanggungjawab dalam aktiviti Upselling, Migrasi & Pembaharuan kontrak dari pelanggan S10-S30 yang sedia ada berkaitan dengan mana-mana kawasan berpotensi seperti (Unifi Mobile Biz, Digital Solution Biz, Business Broadband Unifi), Voice dan VAS (Value Added Services)

4. Memberi nasihat dan khidmat nasihat secara profesional kepada pelanggan berkaitan dengan sebarang permintaan atau keperluan bagi memenuhi kehendak pelanggan.

5. Mengurus dan meneroka sebarang potensi yang dapat menambah nilai kepada pelanggan sedia ada dalam menjalankan operasi harian mereka.

6. Mengurus dan memenuhi keperluan pelanggan S30 sebagai Pelanggan Premium.

7. Berkolaborasi dengan Unifi internal team: Bekerja secara proaktif dengan pasukan dalaman seperti Lead to Sales (LTS), pasukan teknikal, dan lain-lain untuk mengenal pasti peluang jualan baru, melengkapkan pesanan jualan, dan memenuhi permintaan pelanggan.

8. Menjaga Keadaan Kenderaan: Pastikan kenderaan TM berada dalam keadaan baik untuk operasi dan segera melaporkan kepada LTS negeri serta pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan sekiranya berlaku sebarang insiden atau kerugian melibatkan kenderaan TM.

9. Mewakili Jenama: Sebagai duta bergerak TM, Business Rovers bertanggungjawab untuk mengekalkan imej jenama yang positif semasa berinteraksi dengan pelanggan.

10. Mematuhi Polisi Syarikat: Business Rovers mesti mematuhi semua polisi syarikat dan akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang tindakan yang melanggar polisi ini.

11. Memproses Permohonan Pelanggan: Mengendalikan permintaan pelanggan dengan memproses permohonan dalam sistem secara cepat, tepat dan efisien.

12. Berkemahiran dalam Pengetahuan: Pastikan anda dilengkapi dengan pengetahuan yang relevan mengenai produk Unifi, sistem, dan kemahiran yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan aktiviti harian dengan berkesan.

13. Menyertai Aktiviti Jualan: Komited secara aktif dan menyertai aktiviti jualan, perbincangan, dan program yang dianjurkan oleh pihak klien

14. Kefleksibelan dalam mobiliti kerja dan perjalanan mengikut keperluan dari Ibu Pejabat Unifi Business.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
