Alliance Executive

**Primary Role**
The Alliance Executive is responsible for establishing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships with organizations that align with the company’s objectives. This role focuses on maximizing long-term value for the company, its partners, and customers by fostering effective governance and collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Database Management**
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of online/offline tour aggregators, corporates, and tech companies within Malaysia and the APAC region.
**Lead Generation and Outreach**
- Conduct cold calls to banks, corporates, tour operators, and travel aggregators.
- Share updates on lounge activities, launches, and events.
**Corporate Engagement**
- Identify key stakeholders in relevant departments for corporate sales and engagement.
- Schedule meetings with potential and existing partners to foster relationships.
**Partnership Development**
- Achieve partnership tie-up targets within set timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, ticket aggregators, hotels, and corporates.
- Support negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms aligned with business goals.
**Strategy and Execution**
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies that address market needs.
- Collaborate with the Alliance Manager to craft actionable plans and manage multi-level relationships.
**Client Relations**
- Update partners about developments in their alliance accounts.
- Provide timely feedback and ensure smooth communication regarding ongoing initiatives.
**Sales and Marketing**
- Design and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor prospecting activities and ensure comprehensive market coverage.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
**Innovative Initiatives**
- Propose new ideas for effective marketing and sales campaigns.
**Administrative and Miscellaneous Duties**
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management or superior.
- Preferably with prior sales background.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple partnerships.
- Proactive in outreach and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with the travel, tourism, or corporate partnership ecosystem is an advantage.
- **Good command of both written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin is required.**:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, creating reports).
- **Workplace shall be based in Bangsar, but needs to commute to KLIA once per week. Transport allowance shall be provided.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
