_**Job Summary**_
The Admin Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role also assists the Finance/Accounts team in Accounts Payable processes, such as issuing Purchase Orders (PO), handling documentation, and liaising with suppliers.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist in Accounts Payable processes such as:
- Issuing and tracking Purchase Orders (PO).
- Collecting and verifying supplier invoices and delivery orders.
- Liaising with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative and accounting documents.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Book flight & accommodation.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
- **Requirements**_
- Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of working experience in administrative or accounting support roles.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
