**About you**

We are one of the online fashion store that specialises in digital marketing. In fact, we have a complete system in digital marketing which includes brand marketing, product marketing, and visual marketing. Not to mentioned we have 3 successful brands using the same system that proven works.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Videography: Planning, filming, editing, and post-production work to ensure high quality videos meet brand standards. It would be posted on various platform like XHS and Instagram.
- Creative Planning: Devise and execute guerrilla marketing strategies that defy norms and capture imaginations.
- Production: Responsible for the entire process of pre-shooting and post-production, ensuring timely and high-quality production of short videos, and increasing click-through rate and conversion rate.
- Directing: Lead a team of social media team which includes videographer, photographer, assistants and talents, driving them towards innovative strategies that elevate our brand and eventually convert content Into sales.
- Content Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize performance. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective content, then replicate and systematize the formula for success.

**Required Skills/Abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Personal social media account with followers of 1k above/ very active in social media (XHS, instagram)
- Proven 2 years of experience in marketing and videography
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding in lingerie products.
- Delegate and supervise creative members as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Kinrara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
