**Job Title: Warehouse Manager 仓库经理 - Food Manufacturing (FMCG)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of food products and ingredients.
- To handle container (inbound & outbound) arrangements.
- Ensure all materials are handled and stored according to food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, Halal, VHM, 5S).
- To ensure FIFO for every material issued to the Production Department. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, batch numbers, and expiry dates using inventory management systems.
- Coordinate closely with the Production, Quality Department, R&D and Purchasing to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Train and manage warehouse staff in day-to-day operations, safe handling of food products and compliance with cleanliness protocols.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain food safety compliance and inventory accuracy.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize space utilization, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Able to hands on to ensure operation is running smoothly whenever needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a **Degree/Diploma/Certificate** in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or related field.
- Minimum **2-5 years** of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in a **food** **manufacturing / FMCG** environment.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in the food manufacturing / FMCG/ health food supplement industry.
- Able to speak, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Capable of leading a team of Foreign Worker.
- Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP inventory modules.
- Knowledge in AutoCount system will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to operate forklifts or reach trucks (with valid license is an advantage).
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Prefer Mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Possess own transport and valid B2 or D license.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and warehouse best practices.
- Able to perform additional duties when necessary.

**Work Environment**:

- Warehouse and production facility environment with exposure to cold storage areas.
- Fast-paced, compliance-driven setting requiring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
- May involve lifting, operating forklifts, and working extended hours during peak periods.
