We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our precision engineering manufacturing operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of products. This key leadership role will involve coordinating with various teams, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manufacturing Process Management: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including planning, scheduling, and executing production to meet customer orders and project deadlines. Ensure that production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency.
- Resource Planning: Develop and implement effective resource planning strategies to optimize manpower, equipment, and materials utilization. Coordinate with various departments to ensure the availability of resources and timely completion of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and industry standards. Continuously improve quality processes and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility. Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements to enhance overall profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing and production staff. Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and streamlining in the manufacturing workflow. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and other best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure a seamless supply chain for raw materials and finished products. Maintain effective communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and efficiency. Generate regular reports for senior management, identifying trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Customer Relations: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and ensure that production schedules align with customer demands and expectations.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
