We are currently looking for an Assistant Administration to support daily operations and administrative function in Property Management Services department.
**Requirement**:
1. Minimum STPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Building Services or Real Estate Management.
2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in administration or property/building management (fresh graduates may be considered).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative systems.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
6. Able to handle documentation, filing, and reports related to building management services.
7. Team player, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Tasks & Responsibilities will be to**:
1. Prepare and issue monthly car park billing statements accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Compile, analyze, and reconcile car park collection reports. Monitor outstanding payments and manage credit control activities to ensure effective revenue collection.
3. Work closely with the Finance Department to facilitate timely collection and reconciliation of revenue from autopay machines payment collected by Cashless Parking System provider.
5. Coordinate with car park operations staff or Cashless Parking System Provider to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any operational issues promptly.
6. Respond to and resolve parkers’ inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

8. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
