**Job Descriptions**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of physiotherapists' time.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and process claims.
- Assist in coordinating outreach and sales efforts to promote clinic services.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma required
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Possessed pleasant personality, good attitude, and love to interact with customers
- Able to work on day shift (including weekends and public holidays)
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office functions (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
