**Job Purpose**:
The QA Manager is responsible for ensuring the product quality complies with the established quality standards and requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess at least a Degree in business administration/studies field

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in related field
- Knowledge in ISO 9001
- Knowledge in safety and health regulation will be added advantages

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical, good organizational, time management and problem solving skills
- Responsible for QA/QC department; develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing for the company's products and/or development processes.
- Develops QA/QC procedures with quality record, ensure its effectiveness and continuous improvement of the QA/QC system.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards, parameters and specification to ensure products are meeting its requirements.
- Communicates the customer's and product quality requirements to QA/QC team.
- Monitor quality performance, gather quality data, produce statistical reports and identify improvement area to reduce the defect.
- Coordinate external product certification and factory inspection.
- Ensure 4M change processes are controlled and change information is recorded.
- Provide QA/QC related information as required on the Product Technical Information Request.
- Coach and monitor QC team to carry out sampling inspection in incoming, inline and outgoing with proper record.
- Review with HOD the non conformance product and work out the disposition solution.
- Coordinate with HOD for customer complaint investigation, reply with corrective action within the time frame given; Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions implementation.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
