As Financial Analyst, you will be a key part of a data-focussed team in AirAsia Aviation Group. You will lead key activities that inform decision-making across the four countries and multiple airlines we operate. In this role, you will progress your career and grow your expertise in big data and digitalization:

- Build and maintain financial models for cost forecasting and business planning
- Lead KPI reporting (historical & forecast) from data gathering to report generation
- Cost accounting and analysis by country, airport, aircraft and route
- Feasibility study of new routes and detailed fuel analysis
- Finance business partner for Revenue, Network & Strategy teams
- Opportunity to further develop in the role and work with product owners and business leaders on special projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a business, financial or accounting discipline preferred
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Interest and passion in the airline/travel industry
- Familiarity with ERP, accounting software and big data tools (Google BigQuery or similar)
- Eager to ask for feedback/suggestions and able to share/suggest ideas
- Adaptable and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with accounting processes and standards
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
