Manager- Network Operations

**Job Experience Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Korean language (TOPIK Level 4 or 5 preferred) - ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
- 7+ years of experience as a technology-focused Project Manager handling diverse infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and RIP.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale IT projects efficiently.
- Strong background in IT service delivery and support, ensuring high availability and performance of IT systems.

**Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, including**:

- Network technologies (LAN, WAN, WiFi)
- Video & Collaboration tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex IT issues

**Relevant industry certifications (highly desirable)**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership & Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee daily team operations, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Drive employee development and promote a collaborative work environment.

**Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction**
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, network stability, and continued service improvement.
- Conduct client governance meetings (weekly, monthly, annual) to improve client experience and showcase NOC performance based on agreed SLA/performance metrics.
- Manage customer escalations and take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience.
- Ensure strict SLA adherence while promptly addressing customer needs per predefined guidelines.

**Operational & Strategic Management**:

- Oversee IT service delivery and support, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent customer service.
- Manage reporting to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project health and performance.
- Implement change management strategies and assist teams in adapting to changes.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with various teams.

**Flexibility & Global Support**:

- Flexible to support multiple regions as needed.
- Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI, or similar API testing tools.
- Experience with API automation using Java.
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation.
- Knowledge of API documentation tools like Swagger.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
- Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Expert in APIs security standards by testing authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to enhance product quality.
- Hands on experience in UI automation using selenium.
- Strong understanding of BDD cucumber frameworks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
