**Finance Advisor - Tax Accountant**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Malaysia direct tax and indirect tax compliance:

- Provide detailed tax analysis and capitals allowances for the annual income tax compliance and thereafter provide this information to the external tax consultant.
- Assist to review the corporate tax return and tax computation
- Provide detailed intercompany transactions analysis to support transfer pricing documentation
- Prepare provisional tax computations for income tax estimates.
- Prepare withholding tax computation and ensuring the timeliness for the reporting and remittance of withholding tax to the Inland Revenue Board
- Preparation and filing of Sales and Service Tax returns, including imported service tax return
- Attending to queries from the tax authorities in the event of an audit.
- Prepare monthly tax accruals, balance sheet reconciliation for tax accounts
- Prepare quarterly and year-end tax provisions, including current and deferred taxes.
- Perform the tax check of incoming invoices to ensure that tax requirements are complied with, and if withholding tax is applicable
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by manager/supervisor

**Your Profile**:

- BA Finance, Accounting or Relevant
- Total of 4 to 5 years relevant tax experience, with emphasis on corporate income taxes, withholding taxes and income tax accounting
- Familiar with SAP ERP, BPC
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and speaking. Mandarin as a plus.
- Ability to influence and work in a support role
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure
