Maintenance Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and schedule daily maintenance activities for the maintenance team.
- Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance-related work.
- Update and maintain daily maintenance logs for all maintenance staff, with weekly submissions to management.
- Track maintenance expenses and compile reports for review.
- Monitor ongoing maintenance requests, follow up on progress, and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in problem-solving and provide operational support for any maintenance-related issues.
- Support the admin team in daily operations including document handling and system updates.
- Respond to messages and calls during weekends or outside office hours to support urgent operational needs (on-call basis).
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Facility Management, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of working experience in a similar role or maintenance coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work independently and respond quickly to operational issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic maintenance or scheduling systems.
- Willingness to be on-call during weekends or outside office hours.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
