- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution and attending to all disciplinary proceedings.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations and law.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Supervising the Workers’ Hostel Team.
- Prepare all necessary reports related to the HR department.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years proven working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing sector preferably in food industry.
- Good leadership, strong interpersonal skill, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work under tight schedule and able to deliver assignments promptly.
